Our origin story
Elyora was founded on more than a decade of investment migration advisory, helping HNW families and founders navigate residency, citizenship, and cross-border structures across multiple jurisdictions.
That work taught us something most real estate professionals never learn: the property is rarely the starting point. The starting point is the investor's tax situation, their residency goals, their family structure, and their risk tolerance. The right property follows from the right structure.
We do not cover "the world." We go deep where it matters.
